Cystitis refers to the lower urinary tract infection, while pyelonephritis is the upper urinary tract infection. In uncomplicated cases, urinary tract infections can be easily treated with antibiotics. UTI is mostly caused by E. coli bacteria, and the infection can be fungal or viral.

7. Anemia
